One serving consists of six capsules, to be taken at the same time.

For those that are exceptionally sensitive, consider starting with one or two on the first day, and increase number of capsules each day until you get to six per day.

Most people have no problem starting with six capsules on day one.

We recommend taking X first thing in the morning.
