What are the benefits of X?
What was the basis for selecting the ingredients in X?
We included all ingredients for which all of the following were true:
- The ingredient has been proven in clinical trials to improve one or more aspect of brain performance.
- The ingredient has no significant adverse effects.
- The ingredient is listed by the FDA as Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS).
- The ingredient is already taken by a large number of people in the U.S.
- Multiple anecdotal reports support the benefits and lack of adverse effects.
How was the amount per serving for each ingredient determined?
For each ingredient, we considered the following:
- Dosage range of ingredient used in clinical trials.
- Typical amount per serving in existing supplements already on the market.
- Amounts used in anecdotal reports.
We then conservatively set the amount per serving at the lower end of the range identified through these three sources.
How safe are the ingredients in X?
We use only the highest quality premium naturally-sourced ingredients.
All ingredients have been the subject of extensive clinical trials (research performed on humans).

2. X USAGE | HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE X
How many capsules do I take at one time?
One serving consists of six capsules, to be taken at the same time.
For those that are exceptionally sensitive, consider starting with one or two on the first day, and increase number of capsules each day until you get to six per day.
What time of day should I take X?
We recommend taking X first thing in the morning.
Although X does not contain caffeine or other stimulants, certain ingredients (such as L-Tyrosine and AlphaSize® Alpha-GPC) may increase energy level and could potentially interfere with sleep if taken late in the day. This varies from person to person.
Should I take X with food?
Take with or without food. There is no effect on rate of absorption.
Can I take X every day?
We recommend “cycling” X—taking it five days a week, followed by two days off, although this is not a hard-and-fast rule.
The reason that cycling may be beneficial is that the days off may magnify the benefits of the ingredients on the days you take X.
(The benefits of cycling are based only on anecdotal reports and not on any rigorous scientific research.)
Can I take more than one serving of X per day?
We recommend taking only one serving of X per day.
Although there is no evidence to suggest that taking two servings in one day would be unsafe, it may increase the possibility of headaches or other minor side effects.
Also, taking more than one serving per day might affect sleep (e.g., increasing lucid dreaming and decreasing “slow-wave sleep”).
Can I take X along with antidepressants or other prescription medication?
If you are taking any prescription medication, consult your doctor before starting to take X or any other supplement.
